Peter Louis Vrijdag is the founder of a special museum for stone printing in Valkenswaard, near Eindhoven in the south of the Netherlands. In the museum you will find numerous beautiful examples of old stone printed labels. You will even find a replica of the first stone printing press of Alois Senefelder, as well as some early 20th century machinery. Furthermore the connection between lithography and the invention of the microchip is explained! The museum offers workshops to create your own drawings on a stone and make some prints yourself.
