"Vrijdag Premium Printing B.V. (hereinafter: "Vrijdag") provides to customer a catalogue with digital copies of old cigar labels. Customer is aware of the circumstance that the cigar labels which are showed in Vrijdag's catalogue might by protected by copyrights or other rights of intellectual property of third parties and that Vrijdag does not own this copyrights or other rights of intellectual property. Customer is also aware that the fact that these cigar labels are part of the catalogue does not mean or imply that Vrijdag is in any way whatsoever entitled to any rights to these cigar labels or to the right to copy these cigar labels or to license to customer the right to copy these cigar labels. Any use of the catalogue takes place on the own risk of customer. Vrijdag is not responsible for any use or misuse of the catalogue or parts thereof by customer.
In case Vrijdag is requested by customer to design or help design cigar bands and/or labels or other designs, Vrijdag will always aim to create designs that do not infringe any copyrights or other rights of intellectual property which might be held by third parties. Vrijdag can however not guarantee that the designs do no infringe any rights held by any third party. Any use of the designs takes place at the own risk and expense of customer. By accepting these term and conditions customer indemnifies Vrijdag against any and all claims which might relate to the creation, copying and other use by customer and/or Vrijdag of a design which is created by Vrijdag at the request of customer."
